We currently offer shipping via Royal Mail. We offer different services via Royal Mail which will be shown at checkout. Prices depend on the product/order weight/size/service chosen.

If you are interested in upgrading your order to a next day/signed for service then please send us a message before ordering, and we will do our best to help.

Please allow 3-5 working days for DISPATCH. Then please allow for the postage time. Royal mail quote 1-2 working days for 1st class/24 delivery and 2-3 working days for tracked 48, but please be aware delays can occur. Once we have dispatched your order, unfortunately we cannot control how long shipping will take. We recommend choosing the tracked service so if any issues occur, the parcel can be tracked. 

* All Letterbox boxes will fit through a standard letterbox so the recipient does not need to be home. The price depends on what biscuits are ordered and the weight, but they start from £1.95 up to £3.95. These orders still include gift wrap, but they are sent directly in a letterbox and not a gift box. 

* All other boxes count as a small parcel. The price ranges from £3.60 to £5.95. 6 or less biscuits are packaged in a lovely clear lid gift box and then inside a postal box. More than 6 biscuits will be gift wrapped inside a large white box and then inside a postal box.
