  • Where do you ship too? - Anywhere in Mainland UK.
  • Where are the biscuits made? - All biscuits are made in my home kitchen, at my home in Essex. I am level 2 food hygiene/safety certified and fully insured. 
  • How are your biscuits packaged? - All biscuits are firstly individually packaged in heat sealed biodegradable bags for both freshness and hygiene. All biscuits are then gift wrapped in either a letterbox or small gift box (depending on the item you have ordered). 
  • Will the ingredient information be in the box? - Yes! All orders come with a list of ingredients used, any allergy information and shelf life dates. 
  • How long do your biscuits last? - All biscuits can last at least 6 weeks if stored in an airtight container. (All biscuits will arrive in heat sealed biodegradable bags).
  • What size are your biscuits? - It depends which product you are ordering but the average is around 6cm. 
  • Can I choose my delivery date? - There is a 3-5 working day lead time for DISPATCH, (this applies to most orders but some larger orders may take longer. This will be clarified on the product description before ordering).  If you are ordering early and would like your biscuits to arrive at a later date, then please let us know at checkout and we will do our best! 
  • How long will my order take? - Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be dispatched. Then please allow the shipping time. Royal Mail currently quote 1-2 working days for standard 1st class delivery, and 2-3 for tracked 48, but delays can occur so please order with plenty of time as I cannot be held responsible for postal delays.
  • Will these biscuits break in the post? - We package the biscuits as best as we can to avoid any breakages in the post. Although it is very unlikely the biscuits will break, sometimes slight damages can occur. If there any big issues with you order then please get in touch. 
  • Can I send these as a gift? - Yes! No invoice information will be included in your order. 
  • Are your biscuits suitable for vegans? - Unfortunately not, but we're working on it! 
  • Can I cancel my order? - As all orders are made to order, unfortunately we cannot accept any cancellations unless you message us within an hour of placing your order. Cancelation fees may apply. 
  • Can I ship to multiple addresses? - If you would like to ship to more than 1 address, you will need to place separate orders.
